AVOID THIS LOCATION. Service is slow if you order inside. Drive thru is normal speed but beware you will be missing items or you will be given bad quality food. I was given a "whole chicken" unfortunately this chicken was missing both chicken breast and a thigh. And too make matters worse, they serve you plantains that are burned pass the point of no return. I recommend asking for your receipt, they tend to purposefully not give it to you at the window. I guess you can't complain if you don't have proof of purchase. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Everything from customer service to food quality was great. The portioning of the family meal is definitely a great deal, i plan on getting it again soon. The chicken was not overcooked nor undercooked. It was juicy & hot. Made fresh, tasteful. Rice tasted fresh as well. Rolls were nice & soft. The only thing I did not understand was the employee standing outside in the scorching heat when there was no cars around at all. My wife & I felt for her. Should be inside if no customers are around. Other than that. Everything was great. Appreciate this location.

The food was great and fast, I'm not sure for why the scores at this location are low, might be hard to keep up during busy times but everything was great for us.

Yum chicken cesar salad. The staff worked quickly and friendly and they were busy. Definitely coming back. 🤠😁 🥗🍴 Update Had a tropi chop so good! Oh the ropa vieja is so 🤤 delicious 🔥🫶 The fried chicken cilantro tropi chop with avocado is delicious 🤤

Went in to Pollo Tropical to get takeout for dinner as we were staying nearby. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and the size of the meals we received. Will definitely keep this place on the list to visit again.
