I had an amazing experience with Consuelo and her staff they was very friendly and spot on with my order and my food was fresh. Now a days it’s hard to find great customer service especially at fast food chains. I had to go back and bring them my appreciation.

We to this location Saturday for lunch and the manager Consuelo was so helpful, she was training a new employee and stopped to assist me and my wife asking if we wanted to try a new item plantain cheese bits. KEEP Up the great work , Pollo you have a GEM!

Got family meal everything was good but pork it was dry. So everything is alright. Even bread rolls was not fresh (not pictured). Not busy on a Sunday, so it's everything not very fresh Disappointed temperature of food and service.

I used to come to this Pollo all the time for lunch it was always clean but the service is what turned me away. However I stopped by the other day and I noticed big changes in customer service. Kudos to the manager, Consuela, for going above and beyond. I have my lunch spot back ❤️

It’s been a while since I stopped in at this location , service was exceptional and the good flavor and promptness was exceptional. Thank you Pollo… awesome management team..
