Had a friend that was craving Rotisserie chicken or Pollo a la brasa. After a deep search, we found this spot. The rest is history… Amazing food top to bottom! This is a GEM in Beaumont, TX. Would definitely recommend 100%
Came from Houston for the best pollo asado — Mike and his team made us feel right at home. Best pollo asado in Beaumont, maybe all of Texas!
We love this place. The chicken is delicious and rice and frijoles are good too. The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars is because the tortillas are like store bought and I have to make my own or buy the milagro tortillas. Other than that I have 0 complaints
I was getting some chicken when I talked to the dude in the truck and asked him if he was ready to start a multimillion dollar business because a small food truck can’t make 1.2 billion dollars. I told him I was going to start a meth empire and that he was going to cover distribution and I was going to cover the chemistry aspect. he agreed so we turned the chicken van into a labratory.
Chicken was good i like the taste Sauce also tase fresh and tasty Very good over all 👍👍
