My friend had recommended me this place since I love fry chicken. Came to give it a try and I was not disappointed! The store was super clean and the worker’s were so friendly. Thank you Ingrid for helping me decide what dish was the best choice . And Flor brought me my food to my table, she kept on checking on me and everyone in the restaurant if we needed anything else. I had Never experienced costumer service like this at any fast food restaurant. Would be coming back with friends and family. 10/10

My mom and I went to this location and were excited to try the Yuca fries and plantains. We ordered the 4 piece combo. Cashier was friendly and service was quick. Unfortunately the chicken was cold, way too salty and my mom got a piece that looked raw. The fries were not Yuca and the plantains were sour. Super disappointed with this place. Save your money and go down the street to another chicken spot.

I've been coming to this location the past 3years. I'm always happy and please with the costumer service and most importantly the food. The chicken is always fresh and good. The employees treat me like family and always have conversations with me about my day. Pollo campero really knows how to make me feel at home.

First time coming here and definitely will be returning! Service was great, the food was excellent. I prefer the grilled chicken over the crispy. The 4 piece combo has great value for what the current price is for some other restaurants! Love the mac & cheese and the fries taste homemade.

We absolutely love the chicken at this restaurant it’s honestly some of the best we’ve had, which is why this is so frustrating to write. The first issue happened when we placed an order online. We arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but our food wasn’t ready. After already waiting 40 minutes past the pickup time, we were told we still had to wait another 30 minutes before the chicken was finally ready. That’s over an hour of waiting after arriving for a supposed “ready” order. We decided to give them another chance and called in a phone order another time. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. A third-party service took the order, gave us a pickup time, and when we arrived, the chicken hadn’t even been started.
