The best , crispiest , flavorful chicken I’ve had in a long time . Their sides are pretty good as well ; Beans , Rice & Plantain are a must . The lines can get long but move fast . They offer carry out , dine in or you can pick up through the drive thru .

We loved it! Everything was good and we clearly didn’t have the same experience as all of these bad reviews saying they are slow, because our food came out very fast and fresh! They even have someone walking around cleaning up. My only complaint would be the music was BOOMING like unnecessarily loud but whatever

A perfect 10 experience! The chicken, as always, was crispy and cooked to perfection, but what truly made this visit stand out was the service. I especially want to highlight Daniel, the manager, who was attentive to every detail from the moment we walked in. His service was friendly and prompt, and he answered all our questions with a smile. It's a pleasure to visit a place where leadership is evident in the positive atmosphere and efficiency. We will definitely be back soon!

I’m so disappointed for my first time at this location. I’ve been to the Pollo Campero in Frederick and Virginia. I actually delivered to both as well. Usually the employees there treat you like family. At this new location they did not do as such. So last night they closed at 9 p.m. well we arrived at 8:25 p.m. We ordered food to eat in the restaurant, but she, the lady at the register told me that they had to put our food in as to go because she didn’t want us to stay and eat because they were gonna close soon. They placed all the chairs on all the tables except the booths. Me and my guest felt rushed and they could not prepare the food as we ordered it, for us to relax and sit and eat inside the restaurant. Mind you that the restaurant didn’t close until 35 minutes when we arrived. Also

Out of all the locations in the DMV area; this location is the best one!!!! Fresh chicken, wonderful customer service and the staff is very attentive as well!!! Please give it a try !
