Let me start from the beginning because this whole experience was honestly unbelievable. The woman who first took my drive through order had such a pleasant voice and provided genuinely great customer service. She was kind, patient, and welcoming, it honestly set the tone for what I thought was going to be a great meal. Then suddenly a different guy took over, and the entire energy shifted. His attitude was cold, rushed, and irritated, like we were an inconvenience for simply placing an order. We felt pressured to hurry up, and the whole interaction immediately became uncomfortable. Unfortunately, that was just the start. When we got home and opened the bag, it was a complete disaster. The beans were not sealed properly and had spilled all over everything. Me and my family LOVED it! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was incredible very nice cashier I believe her name was Cecilia. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The restaurant was spotless and very well maintained, which made the environment feel comfortable and inviting. And the food, WOW! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell they care about quality and their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing food and outstanding service!

Great food and amazing customer service! The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The coleslaw was fresh and a great side to go with it. The staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely coming back!

Best tasting fried chicken hands down. All flavor not oily. Kinda pricey but well worth it. Portions are usually on the big side so you’re getting your money’s worth. Love the beans.

When they first opened the food was great but today I ordered 4 piece mixed grilled chicken. When I got home the chicken was burnt and hard. So disappointing especially because that was $18.00 wasted. I won't be going back. Pay attention to the food you are serving it reflects the whole business.
