Pollard's Chicken

My friends approximately 6 of us called into Pollard's tonight for to go orders. We were told it would take approximately 20 to 30 minute wait. We all went to retrieve our orders and to our dismay the food was terrible! The 2 piece chicken snack, chicken tender combo w/ mac n cheese, 2 piece dark w/fries, large gizzard, small gizzard, and a 2 piece dark combo ALL tasted old! The oil that it was fried in was definitely OLD oil! I called tonight and spoke with shift manager to complain. The shift manager I spoke with tonight told me that they have been using Old oil all week. They have been unable to filter the old becase they had NO filters to filtrate the oil. That they are aware of the issue and to feel free to contact corporate to lodge a complaint. All I can say is WOW! Between myself

I picked up a small catering order yesterday for my family and friends. Order was ready as promised. Customer service was great. We all enjoyed the chicken. A little pricey but that's to be expected these days. Thanks so much and blessings to you all

My first time at Pollards. Chicken was moist and tasty, the coleslaw was a proper portion. We ordered chicken livers then ordered them two more times.

Well now I have been waiting a long time to have the infamous Pollard’s chicken. Omg, I was so disappointed with the food. There was a wait and it’s miss leading because the food was terrible. My chicken smelled, the fries unseasoned, and the worse part my peach cobbler was disgusting. The cobbler was frozen and you desirable. I pride myself in eating decent food and again was very unhappy. The reason why I gave 2 stars is because despite the terrible food, the service was decent. The server was trying to be accommodating because it was my first time. So, keep the service and change the food. Thank you, Ms. 757 Food Critic

I ordered two pieces of chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans. Disgusting. The chicken was ok. The mashed potatoes were dry and clumpy throughout, the green beans were straight from the can with not one ounce of seasoning. What a waste of money.
