Horrible social services, I can never get a call back, nor a response to my email! I changed my support with my ex from $600 to $200 and they still withdrew $600, kept the $400 for themselves and gave my ex the $200 we agreed upon. This was taken from my account on the 20th, and now 9 days later when I'm trying to make contact with my worker, she won't respond to emails or calls. She has admitted to me that she just prefers people walk in to talk in person, which sounds to me like she enjoys power tripping. My account went negative and I've had to pay extra $40 this month because of it. Social services?! Ridiculous to call yourself a service to society. More like a detriment. Extremely rude and unprofessional. They need to leave their personal agendas at home.

10/10 horrible place Ill treatment & Incredibly rude and threatened my daughter & me for "asking too many questions" and said they will harm us if we come back

People that work here, need to take their personal feelings out of people's cases. You're there to do a state job and ask the minimal questions. But instead they wanna know things that are personal just so they can know your business and talk about you later to their coworkers. Best advice get in & GET OUT!

Depends on the worker you see. Most are very kind and helpful, then occasionally you get your bad apple like with anywhere... the Medicaid worker there, a male makes sure to let you know hes am ex cop then proceeds to ask all kinds of inappropriate questions like if you party bc he thinks there's nothing wrong with that and calls me hot, and sexy and very rude and disrespectful and I'd guarantee this happens with 90% of the woman but unfortunately woman are scared to come forward when its an authority person like that.

Had appointment at 9am took off work but there was no notification for being closed for weather. 1800 number didn't have anyway of seeing if it was truly closed. Was very stressful waiting on case worker to call back for rescheduling. If this was corrected, I would give 5 stars.
