I've been a loyal fan of Poke Bowl Station in Brooklyn for over eight years, and it never disappoints. The excitement of ordering and savoring my bowl remains just as thrilling as the first time. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, making each visit enjoyable. I love the experience of eating in the store but occasionally order take out. There's free wifi, the vibes are great -- but some locations are full of rowdy school kids during 3-6pm. The portion sizes are fantastic, and while they occasionally forget a topping or two and might add a bit more rice than I'd prefer, I'm a rice lover, so it works out perfectly for me. Service was fast and efficient. The food had generous portions and tasted good, though the mango was a bit mushy and had started to turn black. Overall, a great spot to grab a quick bite with plenty of seating, a calm atmosphere, and a friendly server.

The food here is decent, definitely not bad. However, I've had issues with them getting my order right. It seems like they really struggle with following specific instructions. You might want to double-check your order when you pick it up. Hopefully, they can improve on that part.

We visited this location for the first time by chance. Great selections and variety, fresh and healthy choices. Awesome teas. Very unique setup to order your meal, you check off boxes of your choices on a fill-in slip and present it to the cashier. Very small, intimate, and cozy seating area if you want to stay and eat. Nice and clean too!!! If you happen to be in the area don't hesitate to check it out!

The shrimp have turned black. How can they still serve them to the guests? The shrimp are on the top. Even if they didn't see the shrimp when picking them up, they were on the top when placed in the bowl and could be seen at a glance. Before, there were hairs in the food and I thought it was no big deal - I've seen hair in food when cooking at home too. This time it's too much and it's made me feel disgusted.
