Pokey O's Cookies & Ice Cream - Mid-Cities

As, my daughter and I drove to Cici's pizza, we noticed the Pokey O's, and we both agreed to stop there after eating pizza. Just as we said we finished eating and went straight to Pokey O's, first let me begin by saying that this establishment is neat in appearance, clean and well organized. We were promptly greeted by Ms. Lin, cashier/server and Mr. Melvin, cashier/server. In this cute place they serve a variety of cookies, blue belle ice cream and variety of boba teas. Since I forgot to take pictures of the outside of this establishment I decided to go and take a picture. A gentleman by the name Sean/Shawn, not sure of the spelling of his name asked why I was taking pictures. I told him it was for my Google/Yelp/Trip Advisor reviews. We stopped by Pokey O’s because they graciously agreed to support our school with a Spirit Night! It did NOT disappoint. It was our first visit and we will definitely be back. First…they sell Blue Bell. Second…the cookies were DELICIOUS. Third…the service was fantastic. We got Happy Trails with chocolate chip cookies, Blue Monster with Chocolate Chip cookies and Fudge Brownie Ice Cream with salted caramel cookies. Everything was on point. The sandwiches stayed together, the cookies didn’t get hard or too soggy. Overall, can’t say enough good things!

Very good ice cream shop. It’s a neatly decorated and clean space. The staff is friendly. There’s different types of seating available and there’s a good variety of toppings and ways to have your ice cream. Very good overall.

Just had the BEST experience at Pokey O's! Not only are the portions massive (and cheap! $3.50 for a double scoop I believe!!) The Lady working today (maybe the owner?) was incredibly sweet and wonderful to chat with. She made my kids feel super special. HIGHLY recommend ❤️

Always love to bring our youth group here. Can't beat getting Blue Bell ice cream in a waffle cone.
