Just went to this location after a long time of living nearby. The spicy ahi tuna bowl is excellent (though note it’s not particularly spicy), with clearly fresh ingredients and lots of ingredients like crispy onion to give it a nice flavor bump. The highlight, though, was the service from one of the employees, who was just very kind and attentive, even in the middle of the dinner rush. I used ClassPass credits (great perk) and she led me through how that works—showing your code to them and they make it when you get there. Anyways, great experience.
Pokeworks is one of those neighborhood spots that quietly gets everything right. The ingredients are consistently super fresh, which makes a huge difference when it comes to poke. It’s the perfect place for a quick, satisfying lunch—there’s usually no wait, and the whole experience feels easy and efficient. On top of that, the staff is always genuinely friendly and welcoming, which keeps me coming back. Reliable, fresh, and exactly what you want from a local lunch go-to.
I love this location! And Gian is the absolute best, speedy service and always brings the good vibes. With all these expensive restaurants opening up in the neighborhood, it's nice to have a reliable and affordable lunch option. Plus the ingredients are always on point, good selection and always fresh.
Worst Pokeworks franchise. The man in charge of this store is incredibly rude and dishonest. You’re far from having what it takes to run a business if you’re not capable of interacting with customers with the slightest bit of maturity, understanding, and emotional intelligence. When a customer is objectively owed a refund and you don’t issue it, and treat them with disrespect, word of mouth of a bad reputation spreads fast, and everyone who depends on you for this business to be successful is set up for failure because of you.
Perfect place for lunch. Good quality and tasty food for a reasonable price. Service is really nice and kind. They are patient and ready for helping in your choice. We’ll recommend it. Each poke costs 16$ (regular size).
