Poke & Roll

To be honest i wanted to love it. Seems like a mom and pop place which is fine. I walked in and the 2 people working were sitting down. I went at 4pm so not a peak lunch time or anything. All the ingredients were covered in plastic which is good. Just didn't feel like the freshest fish I've had for poke. And the prices definitely went up. I paid 16.99 +tax for a medium. Not 11.99. Was a great amount of food and you get a free miso soup. Not bad,but not great

Portion size is very good. Food is tasty. My husband and I will be returning soon. The owner was pleasant and welcoming. The place was very clean. It’s for sure a hidden gem.

I had previously given this place a 5 star review: Tasty food, AMAZING serving sizes for the price, the highly-coveted “unlimited toppings”, and up until tonight— wonderful staff. However, this evening we had a horrifying experience!! I jumped into the car as soon as my friend made it over from hollywood and we rushed to make it before closing time, arriving at 8:45pm with 15 minutes to spare. As soon as we walked in we were met with a curt attitude from the young woman behind the counter asking us to “make this quick”. Well, we come here quite often and order the same thing every time... we can’t possibly order faster. But in her unduly extreme sense of urgency, she rushed through our orders and COMPLETELY messed mine up. I asked for a mix of sauces with “just a TINY bit of eel sauce.”

This man that owns this is authentic with his craft!! The service was awesome and the food was delicious!! Loved every second!!

I’ve been looking for a poke place and happened to find this little place. Went there once and the gentleman was very nice and helpful in the selection. My husband and I tried it at home and it was spectacular! Came back today and they were so generous in the quantity. I could say the best poke place I’ve eaten! If only I could afford eating at this place everyday, I would!
