Poke for the People

Absolutely delicious — a must-stop place Poke the People has the BEST kalbi short ribs — unbelievably tender, sweet, and packed with flavor. So tasty, I forgot to take a picture. They were served with a scoop of rice and mac salad, and the whole plate was just perfection. Honestly, it was so good I could eat this every week if I lived here. The Poke bowls were very fresh and tasty another must try. Everyone was friendly, the service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. We’re already talking about coming back, and when we do, this will be the first place I go. Highly recommend!

Poke for the People is hands down the best poke spot ever! The fish is always super fresh, the flavors are amazing, and the portions are generous. Every bowl tastes like it’s made with love — truly my favorite place to eat poke! If you love poke, this place is a must-try! 🐟💛 You have to find parking on a street or somewhere but it’s always easy to find a spot.

Had a few poke bowls around town and came back twice to Poke For The People. Obviously the food was perfect, what I loved even more was the chill vibe. On the walls are photography works by the legend Arto Saari, if you skateboard you'll appreciate this ;) The ahi is fantastic, can't go wrong with any flavor mix. Everything was fresh and the portion was enough for my wife and I to share one bowl. Shout out to boss man for hooking it up with the tastiest BBQ beef <3

Poke for the People is amazing! The fish is super fresh, the bowls are packed with flavor, and the portions are perfect. The staff is friendly, the vibes are laid-back, and it’s such a great spot to grab something delicious and quick on Oʻahu. Definitely a must-try!

Possibly the best poke I’ve ever had. They also had everything marked gluten free which was perfect for me. I got to have gf seaweed salad which is rare! I had the wasabi masago ahi as my protein, and the flavor was unreal. Even had gluten free soy sauce! Would recommend anyone coming here! You can tell by the line and steady stream of people that this place is awesome.
