Poke Express

I’ve been to Poke Express on West Craig Road multiple times, and it’s consistently one of my go-to poke spots. Everything there is delicious, and the quality has always been reliable. I usually order the Hawaiian-style limu, spicy combo, and spicy tuna. The fish tastes fresh and well-seasoned, with that authentic island-style flavor that keeps me coming back. They don’t overload it with sauce, which I appreciate — it lets the fish shine. I also grab sides like kimchi mussels, kimchi tako, tako (octopus), blue crab, and seaweed salad. The variety here is solid, and the flavors are always on point. Overall, this location has been consistent in freshness, portion size, and taste. Definitely one of my regular poke stops.

Poke was good and fresh. The combinations were great to take home and prepare your way. Fresh seafood in different sauce. Period. Nothing fancy. Just good. And the service was pure Aloha. Mahalo!

Always a stop before hitting the road back to utah. takes us back to hawaii even if just for a second. we love the pau hana and now my new fave is the kihei. it’s salmon and top tier.

Best poke in Vegas, bar none i absolutely love this place, the poke is always fresh, the service is phenomenonal, it can get super busy but the wait is never long

Really wanted poke and decided to check this place out… Sampled the salmon and it was very fishy and tasted like it was sitting there for a while. Would not recommend it. Be mindful of what you get here.
