Poblanos Mexican Grill

Great food and service in lively dining hall. Egg jalapeño shrimp soup, tilapia and shrimp, and several tacos we've tried are full of flavors and served hot and fresh. Trying out one new dish each visit and haven't found one I didn't like yet.

We had to go get the server because they never came after 20 minutes. After that, we had great service. Good drink selection.

The staff was very helpful and made sure that my friends and I had everything we needed for a perfect lunch I had ordered the beef burrito, I will say I was surprised there wasn't anything to write home about on this burrito. It was actually boring Taco Bell, adds more to their burrito than this restaurant does. Salsa and chips... so-so The outdoor patio was quaint, until the heaters were turned on. Dear Lord... I felt like I was the burrito baking in the oven it was so warm, the temperature on the patio had to be 105* The dust on the ceiling, vents, ceiling fan, could have used a really good scrubbing. WHOA!! They were filthy! Not to mention the broken glass shade above our table where they sat our food at. "YIKES" Unless dust covered Mexican food was on the lunch menu. I don't recall see

We had a wonderful lunch; everything tasted great and our waiter is always on point!

I’m new in the area and love Mexican food, so I’ve started visiting local Mexican restaurants to check them out and leave reviews. I had the fajitas and they were flavorful and delicious. My friends ordered tacos de asada and really enjoyed them. The chips and salsa were good, and we also had margaritas and cocktails, which were very nice. Service was okay, just a little slow, but overall it was a good experience. Looking forward to trying more Mexican spots around here!
