Pleasant Corner Restaurant

We found this gorgeous diner on the way. The food was absolutely spot on. Home cooked, but nothing but perfect. The kids enjoyed it. Ate the best clam chowder soup, compared to Boston and San Francisco as well. The service was matched to the food, and was warm and lovely. Become our stop on the way to Canada.

A wonderful little corner diner, with a cozy atmosphere. It is a bit small so large party's might want to call ahead. The food is fresh and warm when it comes out. Customized orders are considered as long as you dont go overboard, allergies are of course always handled. They have a easy access so wheelchairs can get in! Seriously back to the only important part FOOD! Orders are a little big! So if your starting to waste away due to hunger they will stuff u to bursting! Oh and u can get scratch tickets and lottery here ...(I didnt win.....) *sigh*

We visited Pleasant Corner Restaurant one afternoon and weren't too happy with the food. We ordered a vegetable omelette, egg salad sandwich, macaroni and cheese and a special - fried mushrooms. While the egg dishes tasted okay, the mac and cheese was a big disappointment. Service was good.

Nice, cozy diner. People we friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. Thank you! Kids got lollipops on the way out from a nice gentleman.

On the way to Plattsburgh, we decided to stop at the Pleasant corner restaurant to have breakfast/lunch. I had a Reuben, which was extremely tasty and I also had to try the Michigan hotdog, which was surprisingly light but very tasty as well. I got a milkshake to go because they had the old style milkshake maker and I would highly recommend stopping by this little café if you’re in the area.
