Plaza Pizza

⚠️ Avoid if you expect accurate pricing or respectful customer service. We ordered based on the prices linked on their Facebook page and expected to spend about $60. When we arrived to pick up the order, the total was over $90. When we asked about the difference, the staff was rude and dismissive and even suggested the link might be fake…….even though it was from their own page. Because of the poor customer service alone, I would not return.

Very good pizza, the crust was good and the place was hopping so it was about 40 minutes wait for a whole tray. $26 bucks cash for cheese whole tray and 1.07 more of you use a card

Somebody from my work recommended this place but it's definitely my least favorite pizza in the area. The website said thin crust but this is definitely not thin crust. Oh well.. To respond...this is what Google says!!!!! All these hateful comments do any of you take into consideration How busy this place is on a regular basis. Yes, he is in customer service. He's providing service every minute of the day I have literally stood there and watched this man do it all by himself, so at least we can do as customers. Have some consideration on how we need to realize its hard to get people that even wanna work it hard to find ppl that actually wanna work and be dependable so when that is not this mans option then it leads to one person controlling the entire business. The entire day to provide you your customer service. So how about thank him instead of sitting down in ur seat to have spare time for your negativity and appreciate that most days this man probably don't even know what sitting down for a couple minu

I walked into Plaza Pizza today and was told by Shane that I am not allowed to purchase two plain slices of pizza with pepperoni, (which I have done for years… at least twice a month for lunch) and he said whoever has been doing this should be fired and he would not allow me to purchase two slices of plain… (add pepperoni) when they clearly have it on their menu. They always simply charge the extra for the pepperoni … Nonetheless he wouldn’t do it! He was also VERY rude, and very condescending. When I called to find out if a manager was there, he said, “Oh I guess you wanna complain about the pepperoni” and I told him absolutely as well as his rudeness. I NEVER had ANY trouble with Plaza Pizza … in all the 20+ years I’ve been going, and now this GUY just ruined it, wit’ his “IGNANT SELF”👈
