Plaza Garibaldi

Loved the decor in the restaurant, so ethnic and detailed. My enchiladas were delicious and fresh. The beans and rice were good too. Food was plentiful. The passion fruit Margaritas and red sangrias were flavorful and strong. We happened to be there Friday night when their Mariachi band and Juan Gabriel impersonator performed WOW. They were incredible. Can't wait to come back again. The service was outstanding, attentive and quick. They have happy hour until 7pm. M-F. There is a small parking lot adjacent to the restaurant which is very helpful in that side of Yonkers. A must try. PS the entertainer doesn't come in until about 8 30pm. The larger the group the closer to the stage.

A beautifully decorated restaurant serving delicious authentic Mexican Food. The teamwork between the employees keeps everything moving smoothly. Our drinks were never empty and food was served with a nice presentation and bursting with the flavors of Mexico 🇲🇽 There is live Mariachis on Friday and Saturday nights.

I really wanted to love this restaurant, but the food was mediocre to say the least. Quesadillas were full of grease, seemed like they were deep fried, the parrillada for 2 had very little meat and was super greasy, we ordered milanesa it was $18 for 2 pieces that were bland and unseasoned and greasy. The drinks were good and service was good. But I wouldn’t go back for the food, I feel so bloated and with a stomachache already.

Great authentic Mexican restaurant in South Yonkers. I have been eating at Garibaldi for years and have never had a bad meal. The decor inside is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food is always on point and I recommend the chipotle chicken. The only drawback is the neighborhood for one and the small parking lot which leaves you with street parking which brings me back to my first point which is the neighborhood. Other then that, it's a great place for a great meal.

Went for dinner on a Friday night. The place is super cute, they had live music. The drinks were great. The waiter didn't remember the specific tequila I had originally requested with my first drink so the ones afterwards weren't great. The food was absolutely delicious.
