Plaza Azteca East Windsor

We went for a family dinner on Saturday night. We expected the 45-minute wait because the restaurant just opened but they text us in about 20 minutes. The Berries Mule was excellent and all drinks we saw looked beautiful. The bar scene was lively and would be a great place to have a drink and apps with coworkers or friends. We started with the ceviche and tableside guacamole appetizers. Both fresh and delicious. Although restaurant was busy, our service was prompt and friendly. We ordered a burrito, seafood enchiladas, quesadilla and tacos. Everything was well-prepared, tasty, fresh and satisfying. It is a bit pricey if you want to have drinks, apps and entrees which can all add up. But, they do have weekday lunch specials and a happy hour menu so there are opportunities to try out the me

Finally, a Mexican restaurant with great sit-down dining, delicious food, and excellent drinks. The service was outstanding. Every server seemed genuinely happy to be there, and it really showed in the overall experience. The food and drinks were delicious and served promptly. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Came out here for the first time the other night and it was amazing! We had been waiting for this place to open for a while and it was definitely worth the wait! We got sat right away and service was absolutely amazing! We drank coconut margaritas and got tacos, absolutely amazing! We needed this in our town for sure!

We've been waiting months for Plaza Azteca to open and it was worth the wait! The restaurant is beautiful, the cocktails were great, and I was pleased to see a variety of vegetarian options. In the end, a non-vegetarian burrito caught my attention and they had to problem making it meatless when requested. Our food was great!

How many roaches are there, really?Went to Plaza Azteca for my sister’s birthday and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The ambiance was nice, but that’s about where the positives ended. The customer service was mediocre at best, and the food did not live up to expectations — I’ve honestly had better tacos from a taco truck. The lighting was extremely dim, making it hard to even see our meals clearly. The most alarming part of the evening was when a roach[photo attached]fell from the ceiling onto my nephew while we were dining. That completely ruined the experience. While the manager did offer 50% off the bill, it didn’t make up for the situation. If there are roaches in the dining area, it makes you wonder about the condition of the kitchen. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
