Playa Bowls

I ordered a Nutella-pitaya bowl with chia pudding and banana base .. they didn’t put pitaya on , i paid extra for Nutella .. just the little topping you can see in the picture.. requested mango and kiwi and i don’t know why they add strawberries in the top. I didn’t like the bowl at all. I called them and the lady offered me to come back but I can’t do that because I was in lunch . Then she said that she will refund me but i asked her do you need my receipt or number something and she said not.. well no refund .. nothing .. READ instructions , if you are not sure call the customer - online order *

So disrespectful! One of the girls was so mean and when we was leaving she was doing with her hands like a gun point to her head to us we saw her from the windows. I don’t know what was her problem she didn’t even get my order right and we didn’t even say nothing we just order again. So disappointed

Very yummy bowls!! The workers made them very fast and they are very kind! Tons of seating and a great place to hang out and eat some really yummy Nutella açaí bowls!!

Overall great place for juices and smoothies, but my most recent experience was unpleasant due to one of the staff members. They open at 8am, I walked in at 8:12am to just order a smoothie in store on a Saturday. One of the young male employees there gave me a dirty look upon arriving, and continued to stare with this nasty look when I got my drink and walked out. I will NOT be going back to this location again.
