Cool place! I love playa bowls and I was excited to try this new location in town.

usually like Playa Bowls and I enjoy the food, which is why this experience was disappointing. I was inside the store and placed my order on my phone, and the girl working was extremely rude for no reason. I tried to be polite and make the interaction easy, but her attitude was unnecessary and uncomfortable. This was a simple communication that took less than 5 minutes, yet she acted annoyed and rude the entire time. Customer service matters, especially when the food is good. I hope management addresses this, because one rude interaction can ruin an otherwise great place.

I’ve visited this location about three or four times now, and every single time, the base of my bowl has been liquid — not frozen, not even thick. That’s unacceptable for a brand built around superfood bowls. If your signature product isn’t even coming out right, what exactly are you serving? Playa earned its reputation long before this location opened, and that legacy should be respected. The team working here should be trained to maintain the same standards. When a customer asks for a “half and half” base, it shouldn’t be 90% of one and just a spoonful of the other. That’s not what we’re paying for. And if the base isn’t frozen, maybe the store shouldn’t be open. This isn’t a pancake shop — your entire business is these bowls. People are spending $15–$20 for a bowl expecting quality. To

Not a bad açai place at all! The prices are a bit expensive but we got the Nutella açai bowl and the açai energy drink and spent around 27 bucks. The fruits were fresh and they give you a good amount of toppings. The drink was kinda meh but other than that good place
