Caitlin and Lauren are THE BEST and always look like they LOVE there job!!! I’ve been to multiple playa bowls locations and they provided the fastest and most delicious bowl I’ve had! The store was spotless and bowl was TikTok worthy!!

2 months ago I got introduced to Playa Bowls by my son. I love smoothies and have heard about Acai bowls but never tried one. I entered the restaurant prepared to order a smoothie but when I saw the menu offerings of the many acai bowls I just had to try one. I decided on the tropical acai bowl and added blueberries to it. I took my first bite and was hooked. The taste was amazing and I found myself after eating all of it full but still wanting more. Some weeks later we went back, me with the intention of trying another type of acai bowl but I couldn't resist getting the tropical version again. It was equally as delicious. I discovered Playa Bowls about 2 weeks ago and I have been back 3 times since! I 10/10 recommend! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance and friendly environment immediately had me in awe and has kept me coming back! I’ve been on an acai bowl kick lately and no other place has beat the service and quality of the bowls I’ve had here at Playa Bowls. Caitlin has taken and prepared my order every time I’ve come and she is efficient and phenomenal. I also had the pleasure of working with Lauren who provided exceptional customer service as well. She served me my order with the biggest smile. Both girls were friendly and super helpful. It’s evident that they love working at Playa Bowls and that they are dedicated to doing their job and doing it well! I will come back again, and again and again

My friend and I came into this store 15 minutes before close. We both have worked in the food industry so we understood how frustrating it can be when someone comes in before close. There were two young girls. One who was nice and had darker hair, and the other one who was a ginger scoffed and seemed pissed that we were even in the store. The ginger had a coat on and looked like she was about to leave, and angrily took it off when we ordered. Before we even ordered, the ginger looked at the other employee and went “we dont have any stupid cupid so we have to make it….” And said it with attitude and had her mouth open like she was shocked. Finally found my go to bowl! I’ve tried a few different flavors and combinations of toppings but finally settled on the Nica Bowl with Nutella instead of cacao nibs. It’s SO good. Probably gonna come here like once a week
