Playa Bowls

Great service and a really convenient spot, especially if you’re stopping by with kids. We come here all the time and always end up coming back. Playa Bowls has a great variety of options smoothies, bowls so it’s super easy to grab something quick and delicious without thinking too much. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and everything always tastes fresh. Susan helped me this time 💗. Definitely a place we come to very often.

Extremely disappointing experience: I've eaten here a few times and love their bowls. Today I decided to order to go to enjoy a treat at home. On my walk back my bowl fell right through the thin paper to go bag and spilled all over the floor. Upon returning and explaining the situation nothing was done to make the situation right. I didn't even receive a discount for the replacement bowl I had to buy. Two things I would consider before eating here 1: To go orders are packed extremely inefficiently. They toss your bowl in a thin paper bag and because it is a cold item it'll make the bottom of the bag soggy and slip right through. 2: The customer service is terrible here. They put absolutely no effort into correcting their mistakes even when it's clearly their fault. There is absolutely no r

Playa bowl has become a staple in my daily rotation. I moved back from NJ to Florida and I can say I like the way the locations up north make it better. The fruits look fresher. The bowls do not taste the same. The pineapple, the strawberries taste like water. The granolas taste stale. This is the 3rd location that I am not satisfied with. I may have to pull back and find another place while in Florida and only get playa bowl when I get back up north.

I love Playa Bowls everything is always fresh and super good. Susan is honestly my go-to person there. She already knows what I like, always takes care of me, and has the best vibe 🙌🏻
