There has been multiple occasions where I use the app to order ahead for pick up and this location makes the wrong item. Unfortunately this time it was completely the wrong base which was highly disappointing

This is the absolute BEST acai bowl I've ever had! I can tell it was made with care, it's delicious, and truly looks like a work of art!

This is the last time I order here. I've been giving y'all chances but now it's the third time my order is messed up. I have been getting less in the actual bowls than I did more than two months ago from this store and now they're not paying attention to notes. I'm allergic to strawberries 😔 and I asked for removal of coconut flakes AND I PAID FOR EXTRA NUTELLA. None of this was taken into account. This playa bowls used to be great but I'm assuming it's gone downhill because of new untrained employees and if I'm making an a$$ out of myself with that comment then I'll just blame it on management trying to save money! Thanks 👍
