Playa Bowls

I ordered via uber eats. I wanted to commend Elizabeth Bennet. The past two orders I had issues with my bowl, the one time the plastic container, was dented in and when I straightened it out, the bowl was half empty. The 2nd time, the bowl was half empty, messy & the outside was sticky. However this time my order was perfect! The way it was made, the extra toppings & the amount. Oh and the cute little note! Thank you!!

The 2 girls were amazing very pleasant and kind, just outstanding overall. My main concern is, I’ve been coming to this location for over a year and the credit card machine is ALWAYS broken. How do you charge so much for a product but don’t invest in maintenance or replacement of your payment processor. That makes absolutely no since and it’s a nuisance.

I got home and opened my bowl to find it was half empty. For a $15 dollar bowl that is ridiculous. Edit*** A manager reached out immediately in response to my post to rectify the situation. I appreciate the customer service. Hopefully there is an improvement in consistency.

The food is always delicious ! Costumer service is great especially when Lily is there she’s very polite!

I enjoy playa bowls and the staff is always nice. Service is quick and easy. Pleasant spot to chill with friends or by yourself. My favorite is the nutaya bowl and I add strawberries. It’s delicious!
