Playa Bowls

Huge menu that can make it difficult to decide, but gives you lots of new options to try. Had the Dolce smoothie today, which came out in the very dulce side. Perhaps the chocolate protein? Still good. Couldn't keep my mouth off the straw. 🤣 Friendly service, though it took awhile to get my drink. Seems the 2 orders behind me were easier to. Make and got theirs ahead of me.

I love this place, I come here all the time. They have a huge menu with a bunch of different options for bowls and smoothies. I’ve tried several different things and have liked everything. My fav are the coconut bowls. Their bowls aren’t cheap, but they’re a great size. Cute interior with seating inside and outside. They also have a rewards app where you can earn points on purchases.

This was a nice treat but the dining room was so loud. The music was entirely too loud that I couldn’t hear my kids that well. The açaí bowls were good. Rather sweet and more icy than I’m used to. There’s seating outside so don’t let the noise deter you. I’m assuming the manager wasn’t around but I’m not sure.

I had a great experience at Playa Bowls Charlottesville! Meme and Shawna were super friendly and really helped me choose the perfect base and toppings for my smoothie bowl. The bowl and my cold brew were both delicious. The restaurant is very clean with cute decorations and a great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

Can’t really speak on the service or atmosphere since I ordered through Uber Eats but the overall quality of the bowls was amazing! Fruit is always fresh & delicious and the presentation is always nice.
