Playa Bowls

I ordered three times in the past week, twice on DoorDash and once in store all three bowls were wrong, I ordered the same bowl all three times no granola and extra Nutella 2 out of the three bowls had tons of granola and barely any Nutella The third bowl wasn’t even filled to the rim it was about a 1/2” down. as you can see in the pictures. I get it people make mistakes but that’s 50$ of my hard earned money for not what I ordered. The one in store visit the help was very slow and had no ambition. I also attached a photo of a piece of hair found in a bowl . Thank you , hopefully we can come to a resolution!

I was in a sad head space before I got the Mantoloking Playabowls today, but the atmosphere and the service and the food made me feel much better. Alyssa and Sara are so nice and did a great job - the food was ready so quickly! I absolutely love the Mantoloking Playabowls (and all other locations too!)

I really want to love this place but they consistently get orders wrong. Missing straws, getting sizes wrong (even though I paid extra for a few larges as per their menu). Whoever is reading the orders needs to paayyy attentionnn! Or simplify the menu if it's too complicated to follow! Sorry guys, your system is NOT working! Just order small size smoothies guys. Until things change they will cheap out on you!

I walked in late Tuesday night, and was met at the door with 3 friendly smiles. Not knowing what i was gonna order they helped me through the whole flavor journey with kind recommendations, a couple free samples and a whole breakdown of the menu. They worked efficiently and were nice enough to ask how my day was. Best service ever! Thanks Sara, Julionna and alyssa. Will be running it back soon.
