The customer service was friendly. The pepper steak was fine (not nasty, not earth shattering, but decent imo). I am THOROUGHLY disappointed in the amount and size of sweet plantains I recieved for $4.50. They were a little too burnt, but the taste was still alright; however, to receive approx. 8 TINY little pieces for that price was a real let down.

Food tasted good but they forgot my beans for my white rice and my boyfriend found a hair in the food and lost his appetite. When I called to speak to a manger, I was told I can come back and get the dish remade for free. My boyfriend did not want the same food he just found a hair in and I asked for a refund. They took my name and number and told me the owner would call me in the morning. Very disappointing for a new restaurant.

I visited this establishment for the first time today, and I must say what an excellent experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere right away. The restaurant is immaculately clean both inside and out, making it an ideal spot for dine-in. The seating area is comfortable, and you can tell attention has been paid to every detail. The food was clearly prepared with love flavorful, fresh, and satisfying. Fried items were cooked to perfection with minimal wait time, and everything came out hot and well-presented. The pricing is fair, and portion sizes were generous just as requested. You truly get great value for what you pay. I tried the chicken, power chop, and chicken empanadas each one delic

Great cozy little restaurant, staff, friendly, very attentive, food, hot, and ready. Everything was so flavorful I mean seriously I had the roasted pork( Pernil) With Cuban rice and a beef pastelillo very tasty and homemade. Gotta come check this establishment out! You won’t be disappointed! I will definitely be back.

We ordered the pepper steak with rice and beans, stew chicken with Spanish rice and the pastellios. We finished everything because it was delicious and also cheap. The person who served us was very nice as well. We will definitely be back.
