I’m going to be direct: supporting small businesses doesn’t excuse poor behavior or bad service. Yes, a business has the right to refuse service. But customers also have the right to expect professionalism and reliability. Not showing up for scheduled pickup times and responding to legitimate feedback with rudeness is unacceptable. Canceling someone’s order because they left a review is even worse. Reviews exist so customers can share real and HONEST experiences and businesses can be held accountable — not so customers get punished for speaking honestly. I’ve been ordering for over 3 years, and it is very common to wait a long time for someone to arrive to the doors, or they leave early most days, which is inconvenient. Supporting local businesses matters, but respect and accountability

we awaited upon the arrival of our product. we was never notified the order got canceled. we call and explain we are awaiting our order. she blamed us for something not going thru yet the payment went thru. if an order gets canceled they will not notify you. a lost customer bbb will be notified of bad business practices

Great product, fast shipping. I almost backed out when I saw Fedex was delivering but I have never had an issue and I have been a customer for several years.
