I wanted to stop for a Smoothie after being told I might have an impacted wisdom tooth because I wanted soft food. Was able to get a oatmilk Peanut butter and banana Smoothie. It was pretty good. They use artificial vanilla so it threw me for a loop but the vibes in this place are immaculate. The girls serving were helpful with my substitutions for my milk Intolerance.

I promptly returned to the counter, expecting a correction or a replacement, only to be told that I couldn't keep the incorrect smoothie and it would be wasted. It's disheartening to witness such a wasteful approach, especially when the error was on your end. This not only reflects a lack of accountability for mistakes but also highlights a disregard for customer satisfaction. I hope you address this issue to ensure a more customer-friendly experience in the future.
