Pizzeria Zacharia Bar & Grill

We loved the Zacharia, it’s one of the not many, if not only option in Hollis, especially near the Pepperrell/Nashua area. The atmosphere is laid back and easy, and our server Brook is personal and friendly. Food came out fast given that it wasn’t too busy. Hawaiian pizza was great and penne vodka was decent. The garlic bread that came with the pasta is superb.

My husband and I wanted to try something low key, without the Valentine’s Day pretense. We both love Pizzico. We must have been there on an off night because there were problems from the start and they just did not get better. We seated ourselves, and the dining room has only about half full. We waited for a waitress. And waited. And waited. The place started filling up, and people were coming in after us. We were acknowledged but not waited on, while 3-4 families who arrived after were given menus and had drinks before our waitress even came. After about 20 minutes of this, I went to the counter to ask if someone could help us; if not we planned on leaving. Someone did come just after that. Terrible food quality. Chicken tenders were hard, tough and obviously freezer burnt. The fries were extremely generic and didn’t have any salt or seasoning on them. It’s pretty bad when I could find better food at a dollar store than what this establishment proudly serves on their menu. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to support a greedy business owner who doesn’t care about food quality.

I've been here before, a couple of years ago, I think. It was my family and I and the option for dine-in or take-out, and we decided to sit it. I remember liking their French fries. The overall experience was pleasant. Now, 01,27,2023: I ordered a large cheese and a large pepperoni pizza and loved it. They were so good and patient at the counter/register while multi-tasking. It was all impressive. The bathroom was nice and clean. It is for customers only. The pizza was a hit with the family when I brought it home. Best, Clint

The bartender was super nice! The food was great as well! We happened to stop in when the bartender was experimenting with apple cider drinks. He gave me a couple of samples and they were fabulous! We will definitely be back again!
