Pizzazz Pizza of Grandy

Very pleased with our experience tonight as well as the last three times we’ve ordered from this location! We typically always order TO-GO , and stop on the way home and bring the pizza home to eat. Tonight I ordered while my husband was on the way home. I asked the person in the phone (Mark) to customize an order , and he very politely accommodated my request! When my husband arrived , he was greeted with happy customer services and the pizza was done and ready in the exact time frame that was given to us. The pizza was perfectly cooked as well as the garlic cheese bread! I am very happy with our experience and we will be back soon! :) Thank you Mark for the wonderful service! (Excuse the missing pizza, I have hungry children 😅 )

Tonight my roommate ordered a Hawaiian pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a steak and cheese sub for me. About half way thru my steak and cheese, I bit in to about an 8 to 10 inch strand of black/brunette hair! Gross! Of course, I threw the rest of my sub in the trash, and will never be ordering from there again! So Disgusting!

My sub had a giant mold circle on the bottom of the bread.......seriously!! How does a cook not see that when preparing the sub or wrapping it in the paper? Gross, will not be back. UPDATE: To store the owner who replied to my comment, here is a picture of your moldy bread (yep I'm pretty tech savvy thanks) and we did call the store right back, please ask your associates who worked last night. It doesn't matter how busy you are, cooks should be looking at your food before sending it out the door.

I really wanted to like the pizza. I also hate leaving bad reviews, but this needs to be said. The sauce wasn't seasoned. Very bland. Even tried dipping in ranch and that couldn't save it. The crust became hard as I was still eating. Only 6 hours later, without even putting in the fridge, the crust is inedible from it being as hard as a 24 hour pizza from the fridge. Only nice thing to say, the people working were nice on the phone and at pick up.
