Pizzazz Pizza Mayfield Village

Had a wonderful experience on Tuesday night while dining in with my bf! We always frequent here when getting our car worked on next door at Excelleration. Our server Halle was the best! Not only did we have great service but the food was amazing. This time I got the stuffed gnocchi, which is my new fav!! Portions were plenty and I can’t wait to come back again soon. great little place. i had the gnocchi with pesto cream and it was quite good, though I would ask for light sauce next time (just personal pref. :)) if you love a good iceberg salad... this is your place. probably the best one i've had in a restaurant.

After a disappointing experience at a neighboring bar, Pizzazz was exactly the place we needed. This restaurant has been a staple in the community for years, and it shows — the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is kind, and you can feel the genuine hospitality the moment you walk in. Lauren, our server, was truly outstanding. She handled our party of eight with ease, breaking out checks effortlessly and keeping everything organized without missing a beat. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail made our entire visit enjoyable. Pizzazz is everything a neighborhood restaurant should be: consistent, welcoming, and full of people who care about their guests. We love Pizzazz — it’s the best. Highly recommend!

Really.great dining experience and pizza was amazing! The basil.penne pasta was good but not great because the grilled chicken was just a few tiny squares and there was nothing else like tomato etc. Just chicken, pasta and pesto. Also the side salad was just lettuce, cheese, and 3 pepperoni. Tomatoes and cucumbers and croutons would be nice. But it had a lot of cheese and dressing was nice so I did enjoy it. Soup was excellent. Thank you

We used to like this place — at least we think we did — but whatever they’re doing now is not it. We recently ordered a takeout pizza that was so undercooked, greasy, and sloppy we literally couldn’t pick up a single slice without the entire thing collapsing. Cheese, toppings, sauce — everything slid right off. It was inedible. We brought it back to give them a chance to make it right, and instead of owning it, they told us it was probably our driving. Seriously? We live a few minutes away and didn’t hit a racetrack on the way home. Maybe try baking the pizza next time. Disappointing all around. If this is what passes for pizza in Cleveland, no wonder we’re all miserable.
