This was the first time ordering from this location, as I was told many times the delivery service is not so great and pizza often arrives cold. I figured I would give it a try. I ordered a couple of pizzas and after waiting for an hour, I contacted the location and was told the driver would be leaving in 5 minutes. I offered to pick up the pizza and was told no, it’s ok, the pizza would be ready soon (meaning it wasn’t even ready after an hour) and the driver should be delivering soon. I waited for 30 minutes and am told I was now “picking up” the pizza and the driver didn’t take mine. Terrible phone service etiquette. Didn’t offer to remedy any situation or apology. I will never order from here again.
Pizza was okay at best, definitely not New York style at all. The nachos I will never get again. Anyone with some cooking experience would know that the cheese was spread on top and microwaved. Please do better because if this is your best I’m sorry it’s not even mediocre. Worst nachos I’ve ever had. Next use cheese that is in sauce form not microwaved. Safe to say I will never come back here again. $18 for microwaved nachos. Sad excuse of a pizzeria.
Terrible. Will never go back. Bacon on BLT smelled funny and didn’t look normal. Tomatoes were mushy. Burger sub had wafer thin patties. Even the chips they have were terrible.
My raw pizza. Barely any browning to the cheese and the crust is doughy. Had to cook at home for an additional 20 minutes before it was palatable. The person who took my call sounded drunk or stoned. Needed me to repeat my order 4-5 times. Cashiers (both) were sporting masks below their noses. Please it has been a year, it takes less time to potty train a toddler. And the cashiers are the people you let the public see. What does the kitchen look like? Would not recommend. I miss Papa Gino's.
Dough was very good, Cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. Nice place, will definitely eat in next time.
