Pizza was really good, but, the wings were greasy and tasted old

How is it possible that instead of working i find the employees just sitting down doing nothing. My order was started being made when i get to the store. Isn't it the point to have the order ready by the time the customer gets there. Bad service for sure. I see the manager/owner hires people that don't work. But complain when someone calls them lazy.

My food was delicious. I had a craving and it was overly satisfied. I ordered the buffalo chicken pizza on thin crust, 10 pc garlic parm wings, and a calzone. Everything was a hit. It was a bit expensive but well worth it.

And let’s talk about the food… absolutely outstanding! The cook, Mr. Z, is a culinary rockstar. You can taste the passion and precision in every bite. The pizza was perfectly crisp, loaded with flavor, and easily some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for amazing food and top-tier hospitality, Pizzaness is the place. I placed an order with Pizzaness, paid in full, and never received my food. I spoke directly with the owner, Zee, who promised a refund and email confirmation — neither ever came. The order still shows as pending, and there’s been zero follow-up or accountability. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. I’ll never order from here again.
