Pizzaioli of Staten Island

Ordered here a few times about to b my new favorite place food is amazing

We used to really like coming here, but sadly today was our last time coming. One of your former employees was incredibly welcoming and even offered us a sample of the tinga pizza, which we ended up loving so much. Because of that experience, this quickly became one of our favorite dine-in spots. Unfortunately, since he left, the service has consistently gone downhill. The food is still good, that’s the only reason we kept coming back, but the service has made each visit more disappointing than the last. Every time we dine in, we are left waiting far too long just to be acknowledged. It takes forever to receive menus, drinks, utensils, or even a simple greeting. On multiple occasions, especially with your woman servers, we’ve felt completely ignored while watching other guests be welcome

We love this place. Vodka pie is the go to, and if we're feeling frisky, we have them throw some chicken on it. My daughter loved the meatballs with vodka sauce. They gave us a free garlic bread with the meatballs and that was delicious as well. Highly recommend Pizzaioli for some good grub!

Was coming into Staten Island from New Jersey and was not familiar with where to get good pizza in the area. Randomly pulled into this strip mall and hit up pizzaioli. The grandma slice was delicious! The woman that greeted me was warm and friendly. I'll be back my next trip to Staten Island!

Food is Good , but service sucks , I went to sit down at a table and after 15 min another 2 tablets came in and the lady took the other table’s order first and us last ! Not even an apology.
