This is a food truck that makes full, brick-oven style pizzas on order, and you'll literally see a guy hand-tossing them as you approach. They take about 20-25 minutes for an order and you can call ahead, then go pick it up. Cool local place to support. The pizza-tossing guy tells me they're here Wednesdays through Sundays, later in the day through the evening. If pizza-tossing guy reads this: you should add contact info here.
