Pizza Machine

My husband and I moved into an RV several months ago. We decided to start a tradition where we order pizza from a local business when we get set up at a new place. Pizza Machine is number 8! We ordered a Hawaiian pizza. I've never seen a Hawaiian with arugula on it, but I am THERE for it! What a great idea, and delicious! I'm finicky about the crust, and this one didn't disappoint. It was crispy and chewy and reheated well. We did also try a couple of meatballs, which were pretty good. We ordered to go, and it was done quickly. Their pizza oven is cool and I liked watching them make it. I love that they support local artists as well. The art is fantastic - colorful and fun. Friendly staff to boot! Amazing REAL brick oven pizza. The best I have had in a while from a restaurant. The only negative is there is not dining in, just a small counter to eat in. We optioned to eat next door at Dewey beer company which has amazing beers brewed onsite and great service as well. A wonderful combination!!

This was our first time visiting. The atmosphere is pretty basic. More of a casual pizza takeout vib. We ordered the burrata caprese and the pickle pizza. The salad was fresh and delicious, and the pizza had great flavor. Unfortunately, the crust on the pickle pizza was burnt from the wood-fired oven, which turned the kids off, even though they usually love pickle pizza. That said, the overall taste was really good, and the service was excellent. We’d be willing to give it another try!

I got the “Butcher Cuts” pie while I was at Dewey Beer tonight and I do appreciate that this place has opened up next door and now delivers. With that being said, the pizza here is overrated (mostly due to the cheese and sauce). The tomato sauce is not robust or flavorful. And the cheese tastes very similar to an American & mozzarella blend you would find at your local grocery store… The crust is very good, and easily the best part of the pie itself. I also ordered it with an additional topping of chili oil. They might have put it on, however, it is not strong at all. The spice is non-existent… I will be back to try their wonderful variety of pies including their buffalo & bbq chicken. My pizza was ready earlier than estimated and the staff was kind.
