Pizza Hut

I have tried to contact a manager at this store but was told there is not one. It was delivered cold, the pizza was like cardboard and barely any sauce was on it. It is not edible at all and i feel sick from one piece. It almost like the pizza was a week old. It was also barely cut into slices. It was very dry, the toppings were dry, i will include pictures. I have never had to complain about an order from this store so I’m not sure what happened but I’m not very happy spending 50 dollars on pizza that i can’t eat. My other orders seemed to be made with pride in the pizza they make but this was just absolutely so bad I’m taking the time to write. Especially the New Yorker pizza, that one is always juicy and delicious but this was like biting into cardboard. 50 dollars pizza for cardboard

Drove 2 hrs from CT to Mass for this?? I was here over a year ago and the pizza was not like this. It was like how I remembered pizza hut as a child. This time the crust was very thin and doughy and u can plainly see how floppy it was. I was I had taken an pic of the super supreme I ordered that looked like handfuls of raw vegetables just thrown on there with no cheese. It took them 25 mins to bring me my food. I worked at a PH before so i know all you do is add the toppings to an already prepared dough with sauce and it cooks for like 5-7 mins. Anyway I would have waited 45 mins IF the pizza was what I was hoping for when I drove 2 hrs. The taste was mediocre at best it lacked some of the robust flavor PH pizzas used to have. I am highly disappointed and will never return here again. Whoe

The worst experience Ive ever had waiting for my Breadsticks with extra Cheese filled cheese pizza there was an Altercation between the workers and started to an argument while I was waiting for my Order. Firing one of them and bolted out the store expecting a Fight towards someone else working there. I do not guarantee this place to anyone if there ordering but they have good Desserts but most orders are alittle too sweet compared to Lil cesers

First and last visit ever to this location. Walked inside and the ENTIRE floor was sticky and none of the tables were clean either. I was the first person of our group to order and I ordered a small pizza and some cheesy garlic bread. I was the last one to get my food and I still had to ask if my food was ready. I also ordered the salad but every single salad plate had food left on it. Also, I ate the first slice of my pizza and when I picked up my second slice of pizza, there was a dime sized piece of plastic under it. There was also no signs for the food you could purchase and there were no prices. Instead there was a very torn and dirty printed piece of paper with some items listed. This paper had no prices on it either. The bathrooms were also very gross. There was no toilet paper

Went to have lunch. They had NO MENU. NONE. HOW DO YOU RUN A RESTAURANT WITH NO MENU NO PRICES POSTED NOTHING. absolutely horrible service. The cook had her young child running around. The kid was spitting. This use to be a decent place. Idk what happened but it's gone to hell. Won't be back. Floor was filthy also.
