Pizza Hut

Placed a delivery order during storms, power went out and they still managed to get my order correct! Employees and managers go above and beyond to take of their customers! Amazing employees and customer care! Food was delicious per usual, but this post was for the wonderful service I received on 3/6

Absolute best Pizza Hut I’ve been to. So clean I genuinely would’ve eaten my food off the floor. Food was hot and ready very quickly. Employees were 10/10 and super helpful. Manager deserves a raise and so do the employees.i did my taxes here and got the biggest refund I’ve ever gotten.

It’s hard to believe this place has a 3.9-star rating. We moved here from Pittsburg, and I stopped going to Pizza Hut because the one there is just terrible. The Pizza Hut in Webb City always serves fresh food. When I order, they don’t skimp on the cheese, and it’s hot by the time it gets delivered. Keep up the good work.

Absolutely terrible service. Their cashier Brooklyn can't take orders properly, and sent us a personal pan with 4 Boneless wings and cheese sticks instead of the Big Dinner Box. When we called back, the smart aleck who answered the phone said we were stupid and would have to pay for 2 medium pizzas on top of what we had already paid. To boot, the wings were still raw, and the sticks weren't cut at all. So thoroughly irritated that I will never waste my time and money on Pizza Hut again. I'll pull moldy pizza out of the trash before I subject myself to such dreadful behavior again.
