Pizza Hut

This particular store is on point! They never seem to disappoint. Always fresh and follows directions. The staff is pleasant, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend ordering through the app for pick up! Great deals and loyalty points. This place is a order/pickup location, no tables. No need to sit and wait when ordering ahead, but enough space to be comfortable when waiting for order.

As others stated very short on toppings and sauce. Pizza was dry and bread heavy. Not the pizza hut of the past. On par with cheap supermarket pizza if that.

Placed an order then an hour and a half later it still isn't at my house. ( I live 2 miles from the store im sick so I didnt pick it up myself. They refused to give me a discount and said I still have to pay full price

Almost done with Pizza Hut here in Thomaston. The past 3 times I’ve ordered & had it delivered, I tipped 25% and I requested for contactless delivery. EACH TIME, they banged in my door until I came to it and then didn’t even have it out of the bag once I finally went to the door. Even asked them, wasn’t it contactless? They said “I don’t know”. Every-time my pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and grease was literally LEAKING out of the box. Sauces were put at the bottom of the breadstick bag…. Under the breadsticks. More of a mess. Bad service. Do not recommend

My Pizza was very Undercooked! I did Not enjoy this undercooked pizza! Money wasted! I will Not be giving this hole in the wall underestablishment money again! Pizza Hut In Thomaston Made My Pizza taste like a undercooked tasteless mess also undercooked food will get People Sick!
