Pizza Hut

Let me start by saying we have lived in this area for 18 years and order from this location quite often so we know what the food is supposed to look like. I ordered my son cheese bread(like I always do), pick it up and this is what we received. This is NOT what the Pizza Hut cheese bread looks like. This looks like someone made a mistake making breadsticks and tried to re-use the bread by quickly throwing some cheese on it and tossing it in the oven so as not to actually have to make our order. So we pick up the order and I always check our food(force of habit). I see the bread and decide to take it inside because I know this is not correct. Not gonna lie....I boycotted this place for the past 2 years at least but they must of got rid of whatever the problem was. This used to be my go to place then for some reason the quality just dropped n dropped. Then I felt the urge for their menu and order and got my usual great delivery driver Greg...who definitely needs a raise bc he's a grade A employee. He hasn't seen me in forever and asked why I hadnt ordered from his shop in a while and I explained and he was so determined to please me that he said if I wasn't happy with my order (after I explained why I hadn't ordered from there in a while) that he would personally remake my food and bring it out to me on his own time.....that said a lot to me about Greg and his shop. Give them a chance to redeem their selves. Like I did for them

Pizza was ok but this is the second time we got an incorrect order. First time it happened the guy said "oh my bad" and didn't offer to fix it. Didn't bother to call this time.

This is my first visit to this Pizza Hut location, and it certainly won't be my last. I ordered for pickup, received super friendly service, and the food was fantastic! Along with the accompanying picture of my personal pan pizza, I ordered the baked chicken alfredo and some breadsticks. This was, hands down, the best pasta I've gotten from any Pizza Hut. The cheese was bubbly and golden, the topping was flavorful, and it was not at all bereft of sauce! The pizza was so good, I had to sneak a slice before showing the world. I'll be ordering again soon!

I understand i ordered through uber eats but you could at least try to make it decent.
