Pizza Hut

I had a straightforward order. My breadsticks weren't cut into 10 pieces; they were just split in two. They also seemed overcooked and dry. Additionally, my apple pies were supposed to be 6 pieces. However, one piece was just crust; the apple filling was nowhere to be found, and it was squished. I chose this location for convenience, but I will choose a different one next time.

We ordered a pizza at 6:12 and it said that it was going to be ready at 6:37.. My wife didn’t leave the location until 7:34 with the pizza. AND LOOK AT THE PICTURE OF WHAT WE GOT.. Absolutely ridiculous. Called to get a refund and nobody would answer.. I will be stopping by the store for our money back. Update: I went back calmly to the store the next day and explained what had happened — they gave me a full refund on the order.

Terrance is such a great guy. Every time i go in there when he's on shift he is very positive and customer friendly. Food always comes out great not sure why the negative reviews been here multiple times never gotten a bad order.

Ordered online... received a text saying my order was being delivered by doordash, which I hate. Someone decided to eat a portion of my pizza. They tapped the bag with the already sealed drinks, but not the pizza boxes! I paid an extra $14 to have my food fondled... I'll stick with Jets Pizza

I had a really uncomfortable experience at this Pizza Hut. While waiting for my food, I noticed employees handling food without wearing gloves, which immediately raised concerns. When I asked about it, I was told they “don’t have to wear gloves,” which didn’t make me feel any better about food safety. What bothered me the most was seeing chicken fall onto the floor and then appear to be put back into the fryer/grease instead of being thrown away. That was shocking and completely unacceptable to witness as a customer.
