Pizza Hut

I cannot believe this was even considered bread sticks and cinnamon sticks . And that’s not even the crazy part it was still sent to me! This was not even edible, had to forcibly break a piece off and as you can see in the photos that wasn’t even possible . Crazy work

I placed a pickup order for Super Bowl Sunday at 4:15 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 5:00 PM. When I arrived, there was a sign on the counter saying they were busy and asking for patience. There were only about five other customers waiting and no one at the front counter. An employee eventually came out with an unapproachable demeanor and, with a noticeable attitude, loudly said, “Can I help you?” My pickup time was @5:00 PM my order was not ready. I didn’t receive my food until 5:25 PM — 25 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I understand that Super Bowl Sunday is busy, but better communication and a more professional attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing.

So I had arrived just in time to pick up my pizza and there was no one at the register. The lady in the back saw me standing there while she was on her phone, but pretended like she didn't see me. It took staff literally 5 minutes to get to my order to me when it was already ready because I paid online. One employee was going in and out of the store talking on their phone, cussing about something. I believe she was the driver The others were on their phone too. I wouldn't recommend going here. The service is terrible. Honestly the pizza they cooked was terrible. The stuffed crust I ordered wasn't even really stuffed with cheese at all. Honestly don't waste your money here. It's not even a welcoming atmosphere.

The worst service and pizza. This is my second time ordering from them and my order is wrong!!!! The second time I ordered a medium pizza with chicken, pepperoni and pesto. THE PESTO WAS MISSING & the PIZZA WAS UNDONE! I also ordered BONELESS honey bbq wings and they gave me Hot, bone-in wings & I literally can’t eat spicy food. 😂😂😂😂 I called immediately and no response. NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE! I then spoke to someone online through a chat and they tried to offer me two free pizzas…. GOD NO!!!! I want a refund. None of it was edible! So now I have to wait for a manager to get back to me within 1-3 business days… It’s insane!

Well what can I say about a Pizza Hut? As they pretty much are all the same, aren't they? I gave the service only two stars because when I called initially they didn't answer my call for about an hour to an hour and a half. And once they finally did answer my call the young lady on the line did not seem as though she wanted to have conversation with me or anyone else for that matter. I went to take advantage of the $2 personal pan pizza deal on Tuesdays. Once I picked up my pizzas, they were much smaller than I expected. Not at all the same size as the personal pan pizzas that I used to buy at Target. But neither here nor there, as a $2 special it was a deal. It tasted good.
