Pizza Hut

Worst experience ever! Would nit recommend this location or this store. I ordered online 2 XL new york pizzas. I am vegetarian and do not eat meat at all. Picked up my order drove all the way honey to find both pizzas covered in chicken sausage I immediately calked the stire and explained i do not eat meat the gentleman said yeah we can exchange them let me ask. Another lady got on the phone and I explained again and she said my order had it on there. I explained i do not eat meat i can bring the pizzas back in to exchange they said my manager doesnt want to talk to you right now because it us superbowl sunday. I drove thru the drive thru where she asked me to come inside i had to take my 4 yo son out just to go inside and for her to tell me that she cannot because thats what i ordered may

Food was mediocre at best and the employees were incredibly difficult. For starters I had to try calling 4 times as I was placed on hold after hold. After finally getting a live person and placing an order very clearly and concisely communicating it, my family proceeds to the store only find the bread sticks missing and to be told by the attitude riddled employees that I didn't order that it's not part of the order blah blah blah... excuse me? I have 2 other witnesses in the vehicle as I'm placing my order I even read off the coupon code. so yeah long story short don't be bothered coming here the employees can't be bothered to fix their attitudes or correctly take an order.

Thank you to Pizza Hut on 824 S Highline Pl in Sioux Falls, SD. We had a wedding catering for Saturday for 16 Large Pizzas to be delivered at 9:00 PM to the venue for a late night wedding snack. I called several times to inquire and get pricing and each time, their employees were kind and knowledgeable. We settled on 8 thin crust and 8 pan pizzas. Half were one topping and the other half were specialty. I called a day before and verified the order and the employee was again kind and knew exactly which order and venue I was talking about. On the wedding, the driver was exactly on time! He brought plates, napkins, red pepper shakers and parmesan cheese shakers that we knew nothing about and turned out to be perfect additions to the evening. Bobby was great, we came in and ordered 2 pizzas super early, she gave us great service and was fast. Food was great like pizza hut always is.. thank you for your service..
