Pizza Hut

Called there not call center girl at the store answer didn't want to deal with me. Hung me up after taking my order had to call back very rude. Made the 2 pizza completely wront didn't even get my stuff crust pizza!!! Ticket # 0057 item count 2 Entered by justin 040588 01/27/2026 time 5:36pm . Disgusting customer service 😡 My husband said a red head girl was working im amassing she was the one who took my call and hung me up.

The staff was verbally complaining about caustically to place an order. My pizza was cold, like fresh out of the fridge cold and I did not receive my side!! Poor service and food!! Do not recommend! Update: 1/16/26 owner did respond to original review. However, I’ve received no response from the email that sent per request. All around bad service at this location!

My daughter loves this place ❤️ wish we had one close to my house and there for i wouldn't have to come to a whole different state to get some pizza for my daughter but anything for her

I am grateful for the service provided and the quality of food I get. I am mentioned and greeted by name, and if an employee does not know my name they still greet me kindly. If I have a question, if the staff doesn't know they ask another staff or contact Daniel (the store manager), who is polite. Thank you for providing one less meal I have to make and it's tasty too. I also like the rewards that is offered through the app. The app as a whole for pizza hut could be better, FYI!

Pizza was good. Cooked well, good amount of sauce. It was hot and ready quickly
