Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I went to this location to redeem a T-Mobile Tuesday offer for a free Crafted Flatzz with a $1 purchase. I added extra bacon to my Pepperoni Duo to meet the minimum and paid $1.08 online. Seemed simple enough. ​I arrived for my pickup and was left standing in the lobby for over 20 minutes while the single worker completely ignored me and made more pizzas. He didn't even acknowledge my presence. Everyone else who was waiting ended up leaving, and I should have too. ​When he finally came to the counter, he told me I owed an extra $5, claiming the coupon required me to buy a separate item for the free pizza to be valid. When I ordered my pizzas there was an Asian speakingvperson that took my order. He took my full name, phone number and verified my order; however, when I arrived the gentleman at the corner had no information about my order. So the only thing I could do was to re-order and wait. I wanted to pick up a 2 liter Pepsi but they didn't have any Pepsi or coke that was cold. Considering I haven't had pizza hut pizzas in quite possibly 20 years, the pizza was decent but not the same Deep dish I remember. Actually it wasn't any different than a regular pizza so that was a bit of a let down. It was pushing 5:00pm and the manager pushed them out in a decent time-frame.

I had an awesome experience at Pizza Hut recently, and I have to give a special shoutout to Derek! From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He made sure our order was perfect, checked in on us just the right amount, and made the whole visit enjoyable. The pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious — exactly what you expect from Pizza Hut, and then some. But it was Derek’s great service that really made the difference. It’s clear he cares about customer satisfaction and takes pride in his work.

This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever gone to. First time they messed up my order. But tonight I decide to give it one more try but oh boy was I wrong. The pizza was disgusting! I requested extra marinara sauce and they gave me little to none. I will be contacting corporate to get my money back but if you see this it’s your chance to go elsewhere and not get disappointed in the food quality they offer.
