Pizza Hut

Ordered wings and pizza, they got the order wrong and called. They sent out the "correct" order...they forgot half the order. I even talked to the store manager and he assured me my order would be right. The pizza was good and the wings were just chicken tenders with no sauce.

It gets two stars, because the people there are nice! I ordered a big New Yorker tonight, I was so excited, I could not wait, when I went to go pick it up it was not the big New Yorker sauce, I even asked for double sauce… Didn’t have that Either! Went to pick it up myself, and even put in a tip on the order! So sad, I will not be back! What a shame

Ordered delivery for tonight and Jayden(idk if that's the right spelling) took my order and was amazing his customer service is great and was great under pressure, the food is as advertised

Ordered two medium pizzas and paid extra for toppings.. it got delivered and it was just a cheese pizza. I called and she said they would remake it and have it out right away.. well it’s been over a hour and still no pizza.

By far the worst place to get take out from. I usually rely on reviews to decide rather or not to get food from a restaurant today I didn't do my review check and ended up wasting 22$. The food was microwave ready and the wings couldn't really be identified as wings. I called to speak to a manager about my order and she stated that she was to busy to come to the phone. She claimed according to the young lady who answered the phone she would remake my order and have it sent out 2 hours later I'm still sitting and waiting. Customer service is horrible at this Pizza hut. Pizza hut has right the wronged I got my order replaced with hot delicious food and there was also a promise to refund me my money back, money never got refunded🙄😠
