Pizza Hut

We order from here often, more than anywhere else & while there are sometimes small issues that we let slide, tonight was actually crazy. One of our pizzas were tipped or dropped, idk but four pieces had no cheese or toppings at all, and the other 4 pieces had ALL the cheese & toppings covering them, crust and all. The second pizza was under cooked & not good at allll. Our wings were SWIMMING in bbq sauce. We didn't get our cheese sauce. The only decent thing was our cheesesticks & 2 liter. $50 and most of it got thrown out. I will post pictures if it lets me. I literally never complain about food, but this was not okay.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Cold food after sitting in the drive through at the window for over 30 mins without even seeing a worker come check or anything. I understand being short staffed but a simple check of the window letting people know what the hold up is would make a world of difference. Definitely will not be going back to this location again.

Apparently they are so desperate for employees that they hire people who can’t read. This is the second time I’ve been given the wrong order at carry out. When am I going to.learn to just lower my expectations? It seems that this is the “level of service” they expect to give their customers. I should just place an order for “surprise me”, I’d be less disappointed. They gave me a store credit…as if I’d go back.

I would not recommend this Pizza Hut! Over priced and they don’t even give you Parmesan or crushed red pepper for free anymore. I ordered 47 dollars worth of food on a pizza, wings and breadsticks only to be told I have to pay for the packets that come free. That’s an outrage. Do not spend with them. Not worth it and you get ripped off. The staff don’t have a clue and they NEVER have any deals. It needs to be shut down in my opinion, but it’s all the town has really. Sad

Michelle and her team are fantastic! We placed a large order tonight and they made it happen. They were shorthanded and they didn’t let that interfere with their great customer service or performance! Thank you Michelle! We are so grateful!
