The assistant manager brings there child in the lobby & I over heard her discipline her child in front of customers. How the assistant & GM speak to there employees in front of customers is bad for business. The food is not cooked all the way. Assistant manager & GM get to take tons of free food home but yet tells there employees there not allowed to take anything home. And the employees are not able to stand up for themselves otherwise they will be fired. This place needs different better management or needs to be shut down soon as possible. & downgrading your employees in front of customers & discipline your child in front of customers as well is bad for business
So I ordered a pizza and it wasn’t cooked to how I wanted. I called and called and I kept getting a foreigner and got irritated and had to up there. Miss Keisha (Assistant Manager) took care of me. She made my experience go from bad to excellent. I just want to say I really appreciate the time and effort she took to make the job right and fix my order. I appreciate you Miss Keisha.
Jordan was very friendly and professional. Additionally, he took the time to walk from behind the counter and get my 2 liter Pepsi for me. Had he not did that, I would’ve walked out without it.
$40 for some horrible tasting pizza. It said delivery in 40 minutes.. but didn't show up for almost 2 hours. Meat lovers pizza is bs. It's pepperoni, sausage and a couple strips or ham. What a waste of money. I'll stick to Jets & Cottage Inn
I called yesterday to place a pick up order before work I went into the store my order was ready on the screen both lady’s in the back seen 3 people waiting in the lobby and still didn’t proceed to help as my order was already read. I ordered a personal pan pizza and a order of breadsticks and my food was rock hard dry and disgusting and it was actually disappointing bc I’m sure it would have been hot if they would have helped sooner here’s a picture of my breadsticks just to show you guys I also shouldn’t have to ask for extra stuff on my bread when it should come with it
